“We’ve been working with Sway for nearly 2 years now and they played a huge role in shaping our thoughts and actions as we transitioned to new ownership. Being able to report high positivity and low disruption with trusted data from the listening initiative gives us confidence to pursue the growth strategy, but also showed our employees that we’re committed to bringing them with us through this period of change”

You’ve been so much more than a coach—you’ve been a mentor, a supporter, and most of all, a friend. From the very start, you believed in me, pushed me to think bigger, and always made sure I knew my worth. Your feedback, encouragement, and (sometimes brutally honest!) insights have helped shape not just my work but also my confidence in what I bring to the table. I genuinely can’t thank you enough for everything you’ve done for me!! The way you break things down, your ability to challenge ideas without ever making people feel small, and your sheer dedication to helping people grow—it’s something special. You’ve left a mark not just on the company but on me personally, and I’ll carry that forward wherever I go.

“The right balance of scientific data, with practical exercises and examples. It was an inspiring and accessible session, giving our teams real action points to take forward into their work. The concept of “psychological safety” was a big talking point afterwards“

It was a true pleasure working with Sway during these past 6 months, we have learned a lot from your experience and advice. It was nice to have a new presence in the leadership team with a different style, different ideas, different way of approaching things and it was really refreshing to get your perspective on the new and existing projects.
